1- Wait to shampoo for at least 72 hours after coming into the salon. This will help your hair get the natural oils from your scalp that it needs to bring it back to its natural ph balance. It will also give ample time for color to sit on cuticle to penetrate longer.
2- Use heat protectant. Hot tools will make your color fade and in blondes help it turn yellow faster. If you do use hot tools often use a heat protectant like @kevin.murphy heat sheild or @unite_hair blow out cream to protect your investment.
3- Use a shower head. They cost around $60 and are worth every penny. They will filter out most of hard water particles and chlorine.
4- Shampoo less. Inbetween washes use a little dry shampoo or just do a quick toupee wash to get by.
5- Hydrate and exfoliate. Use high end peoducts to mask once weekly and try @olaplex #3 monthly to keep color vibrant.
